After the festive period we often need a little cleanse and to replenish our bodies nutrients!

A delicious filling breakfast or a great snack idea, this protein shake is so good! With a good serving of protein, a hit of greens and some banana for thickening and energy it’s a great all round shake!

Serves: 1

Ingredients

· 1/1/2 cups almond milk

· ½ cup coconut water

· 6 large kale leaves

· ½ banana (frozen)

· 1 serve chocolate protein powder

· 1 tbsp almond spread

· Handful of ice cubes

· 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients and serve!
