Thank you for visiting our website. This website is designed to provide a convenient, private and informative experience for you to purchase products that improve your foot health, to assist with preventing future foot health issues as well as provide a wealth of foot health-related information.
ProMed Podiatry Clinic Pty Ltd, herein referred to as ProMed, would like each visitor to our website to have a safe and pleasurable visit. We have established with following terms and conditions so that we both know what to expect from each other. By using this Site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

No warranty is made that any information on or linked to this Site is complete and/or accurate. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to ProMed arising from any product sold on the Site shall be the price of the product ordered. Prices
All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice, and include any applicable GST. Please appreciate that prices may change from time to time without notice. We endeavour to be accurate, and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our published price when you place your order. Please note that an order is an offer to purchase and does not constitute a contract until it is fulfilled.
Prices on many items change over time. We cannot credit or refund the difference for any price drop after your product has been sent.
Payment Methods
Payment for Goods and/or services can be made via PayPal. Please refer to PayPal for terms and conditions as well as their Privacy Policy in regards to your personal and financial details provided during a transaction.
We do not obtain any credit card or other account information.
ProMed does not accept money orders, cashier’s cheques, personal cheques or company cheques.
Your Account Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (the “Registration Information”) and
- Maintain and promptly update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and registration and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and registration. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. ProMed considers this Registration Information private. The information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
Returns and Refunds
Change of mind
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described
- Not fit for purpose
- Unsafe
Prior approval should be obtained before any goods are returned for Credit. Contact our customer service team on 07 5522 1230 between 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, or email info@promedclinic.com.au. Upon obtaining approval, the goods must be returned Freight Paid within 14 days from the date of the original invoice. Further, please ensure all goods being returned for Credit are in the Manufacturer’s original un-opened packaging, and are packed for return in an appropriate manner to ensure they are delivered back to us in an un-crushed, un-damaged, and resalable condition.
Faulty or incorrect product
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (as per your receipt) when you receive it, please contact our customer service team. See below for further details.
ProMed will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. The Site will accept returns within 14 days with proof of purchase if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly represented. Goods must be in acceptable condition and ProMed must be contacted prior to sending.
Products can be returned to ProMed Podiatry Clinic Pty Ltd, however customer service must be contacted before a credit can be provided. All credits are paid back to the card which made the payment.

Cancellations
Please remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched on the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer where a full refund less postage will be provided. Further, please ensure all goods being returned for Credit are in the Manufacturer’s original un-opened packaging, and are packed for return in an appropriate manner to ensure they are delivered back to us in an un-crushed, un-damaged, and resalable condition.
Please Note:
- Only online purchases can be returned as outlined above.
- Returns or exchange for Clinic purchases should be directed to the Clinic premises.
- If your online purchase was made using a credit card, your approved refund will be processed to that credit card.

Shipping & Delivery Fees
All Local pick-up orders are free of Shipping & Delivery charges.
For all other orders (except footwear) an $8.50 shipping fee will apply.
For Footwear orders a $25.00 postage and handling fee will apply.
Your order will be delivered using Australia Post Express Post service.
Your order will be delivered to your address and require a signature upon receipt. Please be sure to add all Unit/Flat and Business names as appropriate for your order. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery, as Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended. A delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected in person if you are not home at the time of delivery. This is to avoid packages being stolen or misplaced during transport and therefore guaranteeing your product arrives directly to you.
We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post working hours and vary depending on where you live. It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.
As a guide, average DELIVERY times are listed below for each state:
Victoria – 3 working days
New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Queensland – 5 working days
Western Australia & Northern Territory – 7 Working Days
Please allow 2 WORKING days for order PROCESSING before dispatch of your order.
For non Local pick-up orders, you will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.
International destination restrictions:
This Site only delivers to Australian postal addresses. Orders purchased on this Site cannot be shipped to an international address.

In no event will ProMed, its directors, officers, employees and representatives, third-party content providers or the like warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
