The safety and health of our clients and team members are our number one priority at ProMed.
We are operating as normal and are monitoring closely the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
To be able to practice social distancing and keep everyone safe we require your help.
1. When you arrive at our clinic please call us on 55221230 and let us know of your arrival. We require you to wait outside until your room is ready. As the weather cools down we suggest you call us from the car so that you can keep warm until your Podiatrist is available.
2. Upon entering the clinic, please come straight to reception and use the sanitiser provided.
3. For anyone experiencing flu, cold and cough like symptoms, we ask that you refrain from attending your appointment and seek medical attention prior to returning for treatment. If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough or sore throat please contact our clinic on 5522 1230 to reschedule your appointment.
Thank you for respecting other clients concerns and our imperative to minimise any risk of transmission within our clientele and team, no matter how small the risk.
