Christmas can be stressful and busy! It can also be a high calorie, high sugar holiday. But it doesn’t have to be! Here are a few examples for a healthy and quick Christmas Day Menu!
Entrees – Mini Cheese balls, Christmas Tree Platter – Shape cheese cubes, kabana, pickled onions, olives in the shape of a Christmas Tree. Use parsley or rosemary sprigs in between to separate. See here for an example . Feel free to change the ingredients up to suit your likes!
Main – Curried broccoli salad, Strawberry and Haloumi Salad, Leg of ham or Slow Cooker Turkey Breast, Bread rolls or Bread stick
Dessert – White Christmas Protein Slice, Candy Cane Bark, Mango Parfaits (layer yoghurt and mango in a fancy glass, top with crushed macadamia nuts).
